Job Purpose
As a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Intern, you will support the marketing team in executing B2B digital marketing initiatives. The internship aims to provide hands-on experience in content creation, online advertising, lead generation automation, and marketing analytics while contributing to the company’s visibility, lead generation, and growth objectives.
Your mission
Digital Marketing & Content
- Support the creation and optimization of website content and landing pages (WordPress/Joomla)
- Assist in writing marketing texts (English required, German/French a plus)
- Create and optimize B2B content (case studies, service pages, value propositions)
Online Advertising & Campaigns
- Support Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads setup and optimization
- Assist in keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign monitoring
- Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, conversion rates)
Lead Generation & Automation
- Research and identify target companies and decision makers (B2B)
- Support lead generation automation (LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools)
- Assist in building and maintaining lead lists and funnels
- Help improve conversion paths (forms, CTAs, landing pages)
Analytics & Tools
- Support setup and usage of Google Analytics / Tag Manager
- Analyze website traffic and lead performance
- Document and continuously improve marketing workflows
Your profile
Required
- Enrolled student in Marketing, Business, Media, IT, Engineering Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, B2B sales, and technology
- Very good English (written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset and structured way of working
- Self-driven, reliable, and eager to learn
Nice to Have
- First experience with:
- Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads
- SEO or content marketing
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
- Marketing automation or scraping tools
- German and/or French language skills
- Interest in industrial, embedded, or energy-related topics
