Your mission
- Manage the end-to-end Business Development and Sales process from creating a database, Lead generation, account penetration, pursuit strategy, and deal closure
- Acquisition of projects in the field of Embedded Software Engineering and IT Services
- Ensure conversion of qualified leads into Business
- Coordination of the quotation process incl. customer coordination, internal coordination and preparation of the offer document
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills essential
- Developing new accounts for offshore/onsite projects
- Professional responsibility for sales activities for individual customer groups, regions or industries
- Support Technical Teams defining new products and services
- Establish Sales Budget and Forecasts
- Prospect and develop contacts with targeted companies
- Identify needs and respond to various calls for tender, interfacing with all internal (business, project...) and customer stakeholders
- Monitoring the latest technologies and trends for company growth for new and existing customers.
- Realize customer ideas and offer customized solutions in the form of services, consulting and turnkey projects
- Supporting development partnership with existing customers and realizing further solutions within ongoing projects
